What we collect

When you apply as a seafarer we collect your name, date of birth, contact details, rank, INDoS and CDC numbers, and sea experience. When a company requests crew we collect the contact person's name, email, phone and the requirement.

Why we collect it

Only to match seafarers with vacancies, verify their documents with the relevant authorities, and respond to crew requests. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

With a ship owner or manager only when proposing you for a specific vacancy, and with authorities where the law requires. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify.

How long we keep it
